Get my wife back! Is that the only thing in your head these days? I can sympathise as I’ve been there and it’s not nice. It’s not all bad though as there is hope. There’s always hope.
What should I be doing?
You can start with no contact with your wife at all. Sounds silly but it works great. You can use the time to get control of your emotions.
You can think about your plan of action while you are apart. Well, were you going to sit back and pray your wife comes running back? Or will you be a go getter and go get your wife back?
Having no contact works in another way too. Your wife will start to notice your absence. And if you are at least in your wife’s thoughts and not her face that’s a good thing for you.
Things to avoid doing
There’s a lot of stuff you shouldn’t do. Harassing your wife won’t help. Constant calling. Constant texting. Constant following will all kill your chances. I won’t even mention stalking.
You should not be drinking heavily or abusing drugs in any way. Any or all of these things can at best drive your wife further away. At worst they could get you into trouble with the law.
At this moment you need to halt any further chance of losing your wife for good. It would be easy to ruin any plans you make with one simple mistake. You could easily see your plans in tatters.
The plan to get your wife back.
The method already exists, it’s out there waiting. You probably already realise but you’re not the first to get dumped and hope to “get my wife back“. I very much doubt you’ll be the last.
A few people who have been dumped and have turned the situation around have put their methods on paper. This is what you will use as your plan to get your ex back. You follow their blueprint to the letter and bingo!
The question now is will you just leave it to chance that your wife decides to come back. I wish you the best of luck there. Or will you decide to take some action and kick start things yourself?
