Doing a timeline is the best way to stay organized during a wedding photo shoot.A timeline gives you ample time to take those most important shots in a wedding. Not only will you be prepared but you can be ready to capture great moments. So with that in mind we are going to discuss some of the important things that a photographer should do before and during the wedding.
First thing a photographer should do is to determine when he/she could take the family portrait of the couple. As a San Diego photographer I see that the timing of this is different for every wedding. Some people prefer to take pictures before the wedding. This will give them more time to do things during and after the wedding. Others prefer after the wedding. You would perform better because you are more prepared if you just determine when the family would like to take the pictures.
Next important thing to know is the schedule of the start of the wedding. That would enable you to capture shots of the guests that are arriving. As a San Diego wedding photographer this is a great time to capture candid shots of your guests. It would also give you more time to prepare all that is needed for the big ceremony.
Last thing to remember is to know what time the reception will be.This is important since it would let you know how much time you can have in the wedding itself. In other words you can figure out what kind of extra shots you can take before running out of time. Doing wedding as a event photography San Diego allows me to coordinate this big event to run smoothly. You do not want being disorganized doing these kinds of events.
Those are some of the most important time periods in a wedding day timeline. It should help you be better prepared to take some great shots.A wedding can be a very tiring event. It puts a lot of pressure on everybody involved. The last thing as a photographer you need to feel is pressure. You should just be relaxed so that your best work would show.
