Here are 3 ways to come up with creative ideas to propose, catered for your fiance.
1. Find what makes a personal touch
Proposing at a restaurant is not something I would do because it's one of those over-used ideas.
What you do want to do is take what makes your girlfriend unique and special, and then using that list to inspire you, allow the proposal ideas to flow naturally. Find a great proposal by making sure it says both “I get you at a deep level” and “I love you”.
Go ahead and take all the memorable moments you’ve shared and note them on a sheet of paper. What does your girlfriend like to do? What places are close to her heart that she absolutely loves?

If she grew up on the beach, you could perhaps find a great beach near where she grew up, take her to a place that overlooks the beach where the sun sets. And then she can look down at the sand and notice her name and the proposal written into the sand.
Another example is say she likes Superman. Instead of parachuting into the party, you could find a Superman costume and propose in one.

2. Ask her friends and family
I know… Most men really don't want to admit this…though you can almost always learn something about her by simply asking those close to her: her friends and family. The little secrets you learn from her family and friends might not provide the best proposal idea; they will, however, give you inspiration and the direction to get to that perfect idea.
3. Find the “wow” factor
Take whatever idea you come up with and explain it to a female friend of yours. If it makes her mouth drop in awe, go for it. If it doesn’t, spend more time to get more ideas.
For the two of you, the proposal is one of the most important, special, and memorable nights of your entire lives, so it is worth the effort up front to make it work.
